By the courtesy of Lt. Bhailal Bhai Patel charitable Trust, the water taxes were taken off from the shoulders of the people for life time.
Rights were given as householders to those families(more than 300 families) which were living there for more than 30 years and belonging to S.E.B.C. or other backward tribes.
Electricity was made available to fishermen staying near river banks.
Water tanks for drinking water were provided at the cost of Rs. 10,000/- in primary school of Kachalapura.
In the same school rooms and road were developed at the cost of nearly Rs.70,000/- .
At the cost of Rs. 50,000/- two handpumps were constructed for Kachalapura people
Returns were made to shareholders of the shares related to construction of water tank for water works near tower.
Allowance from M.L.A.(Rs. 300,000/-) allowed to develop roads in Jetapura area
Lamp posts were stationed at required places in the town.
In Vadala area, facility of pressurised drinking water was made available at the cost of Rs. 100,000/-(Rs. 35,000/- from grant and Rs. 65,000/- from panchayat.)
Railway colony was facilitated by potable water, thereby increasing income of panchayat.
At the cost of Rs. 100,000/- Dr. Ambedkar path was stone paved.
Shopping center was developed on the unused land near high school at the cost of Rs. 500,000, in turn reducing unemployment and increasing income of panchayat.
Expenditures of panchayat were decreased, saving nearly Rs.1000,000/-, which are kept in savings in bank and yielding an income of 100,000/- rupees per year.
Taluka level animal care taking camp was organised for the help of animal caretakers.
Homeopathic and eye camps were organised for being helpful to needy.
Octroi taxes were increased on demand and income was improved.
Common people were exposed to chilled drinking water by water cooler bought in panchayat at the cost of Rs. 35,000/-.
In "Paushak Aahar" program by auction farms were delivered increasing income to Rs. 10,000/- per year.
Attractive certificates were alloted to married spouses.
At the cost of Rs. 40,000/- highway no. 8 was connected to river bed road.
Connecting routes for various societies were developed at the cost of Rs.130,000/-.
New D.P. was established for the areas like Manor tekra where electricity was not available in a full fledged fashion.
New electric cable network was laid down for the supply of electricity to the Aashapuri society.
Financial help was provided to people affected by floods by approving grants from government.
Religious people were satisfied by alloting land and Rs. 110,000/- to develop the temple of Amba mata.
700 new gas connection were provided to people keeping in mind the problems related to gas supplies.
At the cost of Rs. 15,000/- gutterline work was fulfilled for "maacchiwaga".
In Sardar garden renovation and seating arrangements were planned.
The tower clock was made to work regularly.
Police station was given land to reduce criminal activities.

PROPOSED TASKS:-


-At the cost of Rs. 200,000/- stone paving in different areas of the town.
-Under Jawahar Yojna and at a cost of Rs. 70,000/- closing of open gutter line in Bhoivaga.
-Primary school renovations at the cost of Rs. 56,000/- from panchayat income itself.
-Behind S.T. depot, the road connecting N.H. 8 and Rajupura, was developed at the cost of Rs. 50,000/- from the grant of M.L.A.
-Well for water was taken on rent from Gujarat water development department under minimum expenditure and water was made avaiable to residents of Jetapura.
-Lavatories for backward class are to be developed.
-At the cost of Rs. 500,000/-, supplied from district development agency, lake was deepened and water was made available all round the year.
-Pick up stand on N.H. 8 .
